I need a video detective

There are two videos that I know exist but I can not find no matter how I search.

The first one is some parody of a corporate video about an extremely complicated, yet non-existent machine, or computer, or something.
The person in the video goes on and on in detail about all the parts etc and I will ad-lib what my memory of it is like:

"The Clusterfuck 300 has a slip differential range of over 9000 nanometers and a flux capacitor stress level of 15 micrograms. In the event that parts need replacement, our factory can supply readily made form factored and pre-greased die cast nanotube parts that easily conform to the modern framework of the CF300..."

None of that was in the video, but that was the flavor. It was just some nonsense machine made to sound overly complex.

I'm pretty sure it was in black and white and there were at least two versions available (one being much longer).
And it was definitely not called the "Clusterfuck 300". lol

The second one is a video showing a TSA agent at an airport on camera failing to catch a pre-planted non explosive device strapped to someone and the person with the object going through 3 times until the agent eventually says "oh I see it now". The guy with the "device" may have been a TSA employee also, I don't think it was a reporter and it certainly wasn't just your average citizen, because the agent was subservient and accepting the "lesson" from him.

I hope someone knows the videos I'm talking about.
I am very grateful for your help!
Thank you!
