I get the same error every time I try to submit a video. I know I'm not trying to submit incomplete shiz, all my channels are right, the embed code is valid, tags are tagged, etc etc

This happening to anyone else today?

It just started this morning, and I've restarted my browser as well as my computer and it's still stupid.
