For a while now, the flags that normally appear to the right of a video have appeared just barely poking out from beneath it.



I thought at first it might have been an addon or something of the sort, but it's not. I've disabled all of my addons as well as my custom CSS and it doesn't change.

I've confirmed it on Firefox 4, Firefox 5, IE 9 and Chrome 12.
