Excellent Short about Soda Pop Stop, A Soda Store
I found Fentiman's Cola.
Didn't taste anything like CocaCola or Pepsi. Actually tastes more like those cola bottle sweets. I wonder what its like in a Cuba Libre...
Disguised Jeff Gordon Takes Car Sale Person For A Test Drive
....and Jeff Gordon's acting at the "Reveal" is very poor. Not natural at all.
Just found this which seems much more credible than the examiner article referenced above: http://jalopnik.com/that-jeff-gordon-terrifying-a-car-salesman-pepsi-ad-is-453519481

Disguised Jeff Gordon Takes Car Sale Person For A Test Drive
All you guys that jumped on the fake bandwagon are idiots. It is clearly a setup prank on an unsuspecting sales guy. Bravo to the Pepsi Team for a great prank.
So Not Fake.
Disguised Jeff Gordon Takes Car Sale Person For A Test Drive
It was a complete set up and prank - The salesman was NOT in on the prank. I'm going to call this REAL!!
"...But the incident wasn’t as spontaneous as it appeared. According to the owner of the car dealership where the video was filmed the setup started long before Steve met Gordon. It was also reveled that the actual car used didn’t belong to the dealership.
Jeff Gordon and Pepsi MAX go to a car dealership where a disguised Jeff Gordon takes an unsuspecting car salesman on the test drive of his life. #GordonTestDrive
Pepsi MAX & Jeff Gordon Present: "Test Drive"
“We started early in the morning,” dealership owner Wayne Troutman said in an interview with the syndicated show ‘RightThisMinute’. “Probably 6:30 in the morning that they did that video and they were there until dark that night. They supplied the car it was a very high performance car since they knew they would be going with some special tricks with that one."
Troutman praised his unknowing salesperson Steve.
"He did a great job,” Troutman said. “He fell right in to it and a lot of his reactions were very realistic because they were. Once he realized he'd been punked he settled down, but he was really hot when he came back in as you could see from the video. In fact he actually went out on another normal ride with Jeff.”
In fact Troutman added that Gordon himself had a great deal of involvement with the project.
"Jeff had a lot of input in this,” he said. “Not only to the car that was selected to the disguise to the…he actually tried to ahead of time pick the salesman he thought would be the best one to try to pull the prank on. We actually loaned Jeff a 1998 Chevy Venture Van to ride in so he looked like he was another normal North Carolina redneck."

Disguised Jeff Gordon Takes Car Sale Person For A Test Drive
Seriously, why would a NASCAR driver know how to drive like that?
The next Pepsi commercial will have a drag racer changing tires while driving on two wheels.
Has to be fake. Jeff Gordon doesn't know how to drive cars equipped for right turns.
Disguised Jeff Gordon Takes Car Sale Person For A Test Drive
Why is it fake? ...because Chevrolet didn't design a Convenient Pepsi Max Camera Can Holder in the middle of the center A/C ducts.
It was for Coke products only.
Disguised Jeff Gordon Takes Car Sale Person For A Test Drive
"The video, which is promoting Pepsi Max, features NASCAR racer Jeff Gordon in disguise taking a test drive of a new Camaro.
Gordon takes the salesman for a wild ride through the Troutman Motors lot, into Philip Morris, including racing along the top of a loading dock.
Racer Brad Noffsinger, who works with the Richard Petty Driving Experience, did the stunt work for the production.
The video was produced by Gifted You, a division of Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die company. About 75 people were employed during the shooting of the video."

Pretty Much The Best Weed Dealer There Is
Coke dominates. Fanta is quite popular along with Sprite and Pepsi.
What is totally awesome though is Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Try it if you get the chance (served cold).
So is fanta big down under? Or with potheads? Or with potheads down under?
Walmart on strike
No, you are wrong.
Simply Put: Exploitation of its workers
Wal-Mart has a proven track record of doing the absolute minimum for it's workers in all cases.
The insurance they offer is a joke. Almost every employee is part time so they don't have to pay benefits. If you miss a shift because you need to work two jobs to get by, they cut your hours down to almost none.

There is nothing wrong with Capitalism as a model as long as you compensate your workers and reward them fairly for going above and beyond. If the system is designed to squeeze every possible dollar out of the system at the expense of your workers then that system is flawed and exploitative..

Wow, the "free thinkers" lash out.
Not a corporate shill, but work in a corporate environment. Not saying that corporate actions are always right, but you guys only ever want to tear down, and never propose how to fix it. Your own hatred blinds you to reality.
So F_ck Walmart, F_ck Target, F_ck Coke and Pepsi and all the other companies that make "ridiculous" profits at the expense of consumers and employees. Stop buying their crap, form a commune and move to the hills. Consumerism and free market are screwing up the country/planet right? So let's seize corporate profits, block them at every angle and get us back to the good old days, you know before Carnegie, Ford, JP Morgan, and Rockefeller. Hell before Edison while we're at it. Oh wait there has always been corporations doing business in the US. Oh well, enjoy your new life with the Amish.
No options for jobs?
Here's a 160 pages of options just for the 50 miles around Chicago:

There are always options. We tend to forget that just 50 years ago people were subsistence farming, living with 3 generations in a household, working 2 jobs, and no health insurance. Hell in some places that is still going on. But now we complain and strike because the manager bullies us and causes unnecessary stress (0:22) If that is really the case, then document it. It is called contributing to a hostile work environment and is covered under the sexual harassment laws in the US.
"Because I'm tired of working at a company where workers get cheated and cheaters get rewarded" What? Umm that would be a class action lawsuit like the ones that hit Walmart in the past.

For me it's much simpler. Requires very little thinking through, this hatred for all that Walmmart represents. The worst form of mega-corporate usurping of the individual, of regional infrastructure, local architecture....Walmart has killed the souls of so many small towns and has done it through a systematic cheapening of goods and services. The hydra is self-perpetuating with your help....One of her strongest tentacles is this inbred bitch's legal department working tirelessly to maintain the machine's tactics and contempt for the people who have bought their line and their sub-standard goods from a country that has gone from a fundamentally repressive government with the largest population of any country to one, massive sweatshop PLANETOID of human wage-slaves.
People have been groomed for accepting quantity over quality, convenience over consciousness.
Apologies for the harsh words, glad to hear you have nothing to do with this particular beast-I fucked Coke, Pepsi, Target, etc. years ago...Don't frequent any chain restaurants or purchase new cars either. Shop at thrift stores for clothing and order consumer goods online through "ma and pa" internet businesses.
From America, in America, but not OF America.

Bottles beware! He has a Katana
This all started because his mom said he had to start drinking more water than Pepsi.
NASA's Orion: From Factory to Flight
It is like asking do you need Coke and Pepsi. If there is enough money and interest and both provide meaningful difference for those investors...then yes. There are many instances where a design parity is possible, where both science and commercial interest are being served. This isn't always the case, but the fact that they are working together means they can steal from each other when applicable. Here's hoping to a 2 planet species in our lifetime.
That abort system has to be the most interesting bit of rocketry engineering and execution I have seen, ever. Reminds me of how odd thrust vectoring looks in planes.
