If I may be so bold there are a few tips I can offer:

Step 1: Fill your sink with warm sudsy water.
Step 2: Do all of your dishes and clean your work surface
Step 3: Drain the sink and refill it with sudsy water
Step 4: Start cooking
Step 5: If you dirty a dish or utensil, clean it RIGHT AWAY!
Step 6: Goto step 3 and repeat until you are finished cooking

* With cooking, go for it. You can only get better the more times you try.

* Double sinks should be the standard, if you only have one of those huge single tubs one should get their head examined. 1 sink for clean, one sink for rinse, one rack to dry. *rant over.

* Ramen, for me, is tied with Thai and Indian. It is in its essence Umami. Just don't use as much noodle as this f**k tard did at the end of the video

I'm in complete agreement, although there are some edge-case limits. I lost an uncle (well before I was born) to one of them.

Kansas winters are cold and dry. My grandmother liked to deal with both problems by putting a pot to boil on the stove. In the 50's, my father's 3-4 year old brother managed to get enough of a grip and yank on the handle of the pot to pull it over the edge and didn't survive the burns from the scalding water.

Burned fingertips? Lesson learned, will heal. Boiling water or oil? Better keep it out of reach.

At no point during his recollection of events did he say that he refused a breathalyzer test, nor was one offered. And it sounds like he more or less did the standard field sobriety test. I recently visited Barcelona. My Castellano is decent but I know almost no Catalan, and was getting along fine, but one evening I went to a restaurant that served authentic Catalan cuisine. (The street was plastered in Catalan flags!) I spent a bit of time that day learning a few Catalan phrases ("Good evening", "I have a reservation") etc, and my efforts were definitely appreciated, as we very warmly received by the staff, who were courteous enough to switch to English (with a little good-natured ribbing) when my Catalan well ran dry. Big smiles (and great food) all round. It definitely makes a difference.

I'm baffled that this isn't common knowledge. Not just because dry trees burn easily, but because watering the tree is one of the best ways to keep it looking and smelling fresh. Trees can live a long time after being cut if you give them water, which they'll gobble up like crazy.
