The queue escape limit has been lowered back down to 10 - "return it to 10" requested by the community.


Now that the queue limit is reduced back down to ten, can the ones that are stuck in pqueue of 10 - 14 be bumped into sifted status?


A quick look at my PQueue shows two videos at 10+ votes, which presumably got there during the 15-vote-threshold. I'm starting this post to follow how many of these videos are out there, and get a general idea on if this is an actual issue that needs addressing.
