As mentioned in a recent sift talk post (http://videosift.com/talk/Tags-Titles-and-Dupes-the-System-Don-t-Work), there seems to be a plethora of dupes being posted and the system not adequately screening out these dupes.

Now I'm all for inflating my Super Duper award status (currently level 16), but seeing as how I'm duping videos that are not only named and tagged similarly, but they are literally the same embed, there appears to be an issue with the general stop checks originally put in place.

There also appears to be an issue when someone submits a video and it gets posted twice. I've seen at least three of these in the past two weeks, but never seen them previously.
