I think it looks worse. Part of "cinematic" experience is the traditional 24fps of films. Many TVs have a setting (motion interpolation - which seems to be ON by default nowadays) that creates a "soap opera effect", and I personally hate it. Randy Gene Kaufman, a Trump-loving Republican candidate for the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board, was arrested for public sexual indecency after he was caught allegedly watching porn and masturbating in his car near a preschool on Oct. 4.
