Not many TPB fans on the sift unfortunately. I have posted a few clips & they rarely get many votes. Check my Pqueue. A friend at work turned me on to them, & I plan to order all 7 seasons on DVD.

I don't know who it was, but somebody posted some TPB clips here and, out of curiosity, I started Netflixing the show, and it really is cracking me up.

Takes a while to get into it and understand what's going on, but it's a good laugh once you do.

I'm sure this isn't the first SiftTalk post to bring this up, but how does everyone feel about sites like Pirate Bay?

Well, i think copyrights in their current form and their enforcement are incompatible with any form of ePrivacy. And since i value my right to privacy more than the industry's right to profit, TPB has my respect and my full support.

Ironically, the response by Apple's legal representatives illustrates it rather nicely. The last paragraph states that the content of the mail "may be confidential and/or privileged". They don't expect me to read their private mail, but simulaneously use packet sniffers on my traffic?

How come my TPB clips never get any love? The best ever clip from TPB, where Bubbles thinks that Julian is a "Samsquantch Monster" and he and Ricky "crank'em" with aluminum bats only got 6 votes. Wtf?

I heard that the pirate bay people use all the money they earn to hunt, kill, and butcher babies.

With the millions of torrent users, I'm just a drop in the ocean. I'm not that nervous about anybody coming knocking on my door. The MPAA and RIAA have taken very little action against individual users, and they're very afraid of actually losing a case, so any hint of a losing argument and they'll run away. In fact, some people have won on the basis that an IP address is not a person.

And since when is TPB releasing info to the MPAA?? I need some sources on that, stat! It's almost every other week at this point where TPB comes up on Digg or TorrentFreak for their defiance against those that have tried suing them, and have you ever read their legal issues section on their website? Hilarious!
