horace and pete-the trans discussion and walk of shame

This is disgusting. I can't believe they would show this on TV, it's utterly immoral.... who serves scrambled eggs without toast?!?

Also, Louis CK really doesn't get enough props as a dramatic actor.

Gordon Ramsay's Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Ha, glad to see my mentioning of these in the other Gordon Ramsay video got this promoted again. I make these regularly as it's one of those recipes that's so damn simple I can actually remember it without having to look it up each time.

And it makes such f*cking delicious scrambled eggs.

Such that now I'm regularly disappointed when I have bacon and eggs at a restaurant as they stuff them up soooo often.

Well, the difference between Gordon and most 'tv chefs' is that Gordon really is a damn fine chef, top of the heap.
Plus his method for making scrambled eggs is so easy and yet results in such delicious eggs that it makes a nice Sunday breakfast something special at our house

Got a video of said method?

Gordon Ramsay's Scrambled Eggs-he says they're perfect

I've always wondered how much of that stuff is actual skill vs "I just like it this way" or "I was raised on this style"

Cuz yeah, scrambled eggs being so creamy like that just doesn't seem appetizing to me. (though the dish as a whole did look very appetizing) I've never had creme fraiche either so I guess I'm just ignorant such things.

But when they say "perfect" I wonder if what they really mean "I just like it that way"

That's interesting....

Maybe this is just a case of Liking What I Grew Up With.

I'm skeeved out by just looking at the texture of those eggs.

I actually really like them. Ever since I saw the video when it was first posted I have made scrambled eggs this way and I will never go back.

Still and all. I don't think these are perfect...
