Since CG only counts for 3d computer generated objects, what do YOU call computer altered images like aged actors and lighting effects (Blade Runner) on photos/film etc? Can you offer a citation to back you up? The dictionary calls that CGI.

Remember, the CGI tag was there to indicate this was not some attempt to fool people into believing it was real, as you originally accused. So was FX. They both served their purpose, although they had to be pointed out.
Remember, you also wanted to quibble over whether this was “art” as if your liking it or it taking a substantial amount of work to create was the measure.

Other countries with voter id laws usually have ID laws that require everyone to have ID voter or not, and they’re usually free. They don’t require anything new or extra to vote.
They don’t have new requirements for an ID that costs money, requires physical documentation many poor people don’t have, can require multiple visits for hours to a dmv hours away only during business hours (sometimes forced into taking 3 full work days off just to get an ID) and they don’t routinely try to close places you can get a photo ID in areas dominated by their political opponents, Trumpsters do.

That composite uses satellite data from Suomi NPP's VIIRS sensor, which can detect much dimmer light than the human eye, and part of the compositing process was to normalize brightness of individual pixels (so dim lights get brighter, and bright lights don't washout adjacent pixels). Practice holding your finger straight up in front of your face and look at the tip of your finger. Move your finger toward and away from your face while focusing on your fingertip. As your finger gets closer to your face your eyes will start to cross in a controlled manner.

Next, do the same thing but this time keep looking at your fingertip but notice 3 images. The middle image will appear 3D. This will help you find the sweet spot and should be much easier to see the 3D effect without using your finger. Remember to keep your eyes level so as to keep the two images aligned horizontally.

I would also suggest making the video full screen so nothing else but the video is showing. Be about arms length away depending on the size of your screen. The further you are from the screen, the less you have to cross your eyes.
