This is not a wheelchair ramp, which is what your ada numbers represent. If you're going to mock the video, you should at least get your ramp type right.

Part2: Where's the comparison video of Trump slowly struggling to climb this ever so steep ramp? A 3' rise in nearly 40' is not steep unless you are severely disabled. (BTW, that's about a 4.3 degree ramp, a 7.3% slope....those stripes are about 1.5' wide, and the stage floor is only two stripes up from ground level. Again, if you're going to mock the video, at least get your numbers close if not right.).

Part3: Yes, Trump already described this event, and his description/explanation was nearly identical to yours....just like @bcglorf said. I'd say his 100% is close, Trump may have used a different arrangement of words but he said exactly the same thing.

Your implications are apparently that you think Trump is healthy, as healthy as Biden, and the media is making his poor health up. That is demonstrably false by any metric. Biden is old as fuck and my second to last choice from the Democratic field (Clinton is my last choice), but hands down Biden beats Trump in vigor, cognition, stability....just about any measure of health, mental or physical, that I've ever heard of except possibly the ability to deceive.

Not really falling that far and he has one hand in contact all the time. If it was a bigger dog I'd agree but they're fairly light and given the training involved he may have done it a few hundred times at ground level before ever raising the height.

Back in the '70s scientists came up with a space weapon they called THOR, which is essentially a crowbar-sized bit of metal that has guidance fins at the back. Drop that from outer space and the simple energy of it falling creates an immense amount of damage at ground level.

Aliens who could get here from another solar system could simply throw chunks of asteroid at our cities until we capitulated. No space laser is going to stop that. Especially when they'd have space lasers of their OWN to target our space lasers.

I do wonder if maybe they failed to calibrate it. Presumably it's barometric altitude, and the ground level could be well above sea level. Numerous airplanes have been lost to that same mistake.

My thought was actually to have multiple projectors per block approximately 10 feet up (building mounted) with sensors to identify people and have them 'place' a smallish ball of light at about 8-10 feet up that floats above and in front of them, but with much less light needed than a 'street light'...and maybe stationary one's in intersections (these could even have 'covers' to stop wasted light from going up). Or, it could project tiny lights (like in the video) near ground level to illuminate the sidewalk, but that's not as useful by far.
By my estimation, there could be less pollution because there would be fewer, smaller lights on at any one time (where normal lights are just ON all night). I agree, there are many issues to solve, but it's doable if thought about thoroughly.
It's a little too late to worry about 'light pollution'...in fact I bet it's not on the average person's radar. Sadly, many people in cities have never seen stars at night and don't have a clue how much is hidden from them. (I live in the boonies of far N cali, and we still have light pollution from nearby towns, but nothing like in a city...I've even watched the international space station get re-supplied while sitting in my hot tub! That was amazing!).

The only reason people become grumpy old folk is because experience gives them the insight to discern quality from tripe, and because the older you get in our culture the further away you become from the honest, cultural evolutionary changes.
All we hear at our age is the shit that's pushed out on the radio (if you even still bother with that). That media has been shit since before we were born. If you had the time and ground-level access to the culture younger people are brought up with today, you'd find just as many wonderful, legitimate sources of art, culture and change as when we were discovering it in our youths.
Teach people to assess things honestly if they're put in front of them by someone else. Is Youtube telling you what the hottest 100 videos are? The manipulation is pretty obvious, even if the wolf is wearing a different sheep this time around.
Look to the origins of whatever is the current greatest thing to find the true art, and as soon as a genre or medium finds popular appeal to the point that it's exponentially mass-produced and formulaic, move on to discover the next thing. You'll never grow old that way. Don't get angry! Get wise! (and more importantly, raise future generations to have that wisdom as well.)

Back in shop class, when I was about, oh, 12, we were doing some metalworks that involved heating things up with a propane torch. Now some kids noticed a thin metal rod will heat up to a glow quite quickly and looks kinda neat if you wave it around fast. The teacher being at his desk at the time (he was a bit of a dick, to be honest), we spent a good while waving glowing hot metal bits around the propane tank.

The valve on the tank must have been faulty, because suddenly the top of the tank was on flames. You wouldn't believe how fast a room full of 12-year-olds evacuates itself when an explosion seems imminent. Some kids went out the door, others went out the window (we were in a basement with a window right at ground level) and some simply hid behind a sturdy desk far away from the flaming tank.

Our teacher wasn't quite disinterested enough not to notice the ruckus and went in to extinguish the fire. First he tried to stamp the flames out with his shoe, managing mainly to re-arrange the patterning of his soles, and then got a fire-extinguishing glove which did the job.

As I said, this teacher was something of an asshole, seeming to get his kicks from berating and belittling the kids he was teaching, but this time what followed was a very sober and concise lesson on fire safety. Everyone was left with the feeling we'd all gotten very lucky, and there was this worldess concensus that it'd really be best for all concerned if no-one said a word about what had happened, ever.

The wikipedia article on magnets is a good place to start. Magnets can lose their magnetism, but that's not the same as saying they have energy in them that's being used up like a battery.

If you stand next to a large lump of clay and then step onto the clay you've gained some potential energy. The taller the lump of clay the more potential energy you've gained. However, this energy hasn't come from the clay, you've had to use energy to gain it. It took you more energy to step onto the clay than you gained in potential energy so this couldn't be the basis for a perpetual motor.

Next to the lump of clay is a large bellows attached to a balloon. You step off the clay onto the bellows. You drop down to ground level and pump up the balloon a bit. You can repeat this process over and over until the balloon is pumped up. However, each time you step onto the clay it sags a bit and you're not so high up. After a while if you do this for long enough the clay will be well trodden down and each time you step off the clay onto the bellows it will have hardly any effect. The clay has lost it's ability to help you pump up the balloon. It's lost it's height. But at no point did it give you any energy to pump up the balloon. You used your own energy to step up onto the clay to give yourself the potential energy, which you then converted to kinetic energy by stepping onto the bellows and pumping up the balloon.

This is exactly the same as a magnet losing it's magnetism. It's not like a battery losing power by powering something else. There's no energy in a magnet. It never gives energy to anything else. Like a drive shaft doesn't power a car, it just helps move the energy from the engine to the wheels.

Magnets fool everyone by working at a distance. Everything else we deal with in a physical way has to touch something else to affect it. You can't get a nail into wood without physically hitting it with a hammer. Magnets confuse us and that makes it easy for scammers with their perpetual motion devices to make us believe things that aren't true. We don't have the right wiring to easily figure out what's going on intuitively.

Magnets simply don't work how you think they do, or how the maker of this video wants you to believe they do.

It would be great if all buildings came down like this by design. Automatically presenting all the parts at ground level.
