I'm not aware of any laws broken here, but I would not be happy if I employed those security guards. They shouldn't be publicizing security footage and they should have had someone check on her when she fell instead of just laughing at her stupidity. Someone could have gotten hurt pretty bad from a faceplant like that.

Imagine yourself a lawyer sitting in a quiet courtroom like you've done hundreds of times before, working through all the boring paperwork for hours at a time etc. Suddenly a man faceplants from a balcony not 50 feet from where you are. Some would just sit there nonplussed because something that far out of your expectations takes time to register.

If he was doing something criminal, the municipal officer probably would have pursued him with a little more effort. I assume he was just concerned that Mr. Faceplant was probably too drunk to drive and should walk (the ten feet) to his house. In a community that size, that SUV probably was the local detachment.
I was chuckling at the drunken shenanigans until I saw that he had left parts of his face by his snowmobile.

Aww, the video cut off right before his very impressive faceplant dismount...

I have seen a few of these rough sea videos and as the bar furniture slides around and people fall over and dodge shit, I'm amused and think "wow, thats looks scary". Then this video shows the industrial part of the ship with forklifts and cages and metal cabinets sliding around!! That is some deadly debri, very scary.
Then I remember the lady faceplanting on the pole At 48 sec, and I'm amused again. Good vid.

I highly doubt it was "on purpose." Your point's well-taken, but I think he wasn't expecting the sand to have as little "spring" upon landing as it did.

No way would he be unprepared for a landing with the training on how to launch and flip like that.
