An Intriguing New Gun Safety System
i'm waiting for an ED209 to reliably and safely guard my house
Atlas, The New Generation
The way it pushed itself into the upright position was eerily reminiscent of the old stop-motion-feeling stuff i remember from ED209 in robocop. There is genuinely going to come a point, sooner or later, where the robot starts to remember which jerk kept pushing him over when he was young and vulnerable.
South Korean Robot Sentry
It's like ED209 with a Korean voice. "Drop your weapon. You have 15 seconds to comply. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..."

This ending is so much better than R1, don't you think?

I always felt that ED209 was a little too vulnerable. Also, the second film is much better.
Demon, you know I love you, but you shame me with this comment... Robocop 1 > all other robocops.
Well, I'd say it is definitely more action-packed

Haha, Cain was pretty badass, but R2 just lacks that Verhoven touch.
You are forgiven

I liked R2 better! The bad guy makes all the difference, for me
It's in his eyes!

ED-209 - 16000 Poly Model Made In 3D Studio MAX
yeah, i notice the ED209 doesn't actually, you know, MOVE, or do anything useful.
In an actual commercial game that you can play at more than 1 frame-per-second, shaders > polys.
Crusader : No Regret
Such an excellent couple of games... Boba Fett killing ED209's - what's not to love?
RoboCop Arcade Playthrough
Am I alone in my feeling ED209 was way cooler than Robocop?
ponceleon (Member Profile)
Hehe I always liked the second one better cause the enemy robot was cooler. Although ED209 was pretty nifty too

Ah... good ol' Robocop 2. Nowhere near as good as the first one, but it had it's moments. I always liked that the evil robocop's OS had mac-like menus.
