I use a Tormek like the one right at the end - slow speed grinding wheel bathed in water. Safe to use with no eye protection.

seems logical. I was thinking with my stomach. I suppose edibility of oysters would depend on how clean the sea is at that point.

I'm guessing it's because over time the oysters will fill up those nooks and crannies between the rocks that are absorbing the energy. Eventually this may turn the complicated maze of directions the water can flow into something that performs more like the stepped gradient.

I used to have pongy arm pits but then read about aggressive soap disrupting the flora of the armpit to favour smelly bacteria. So now just clean daily with warm water and avoid under arm deodorants completely and now i have a mild 'nice smelling' armpits - assuming my GF doesn't have olfactory dysfunction.

good video. note :if splenda has dextrose in it already then you don't need to use the invertase.
Splenda is sucralose which isn't well digested 10-30% in the gut depending on what microbes you have but it has a horrible aftertaste and so I imagine they used dextrose right up to the 5% FDA limit to help mask it.

One of the saddest things to see in medicine is Korsakoff dementia. A person can seem quite jovial and interactive but you soon begin to realise that they can't recall something you said 20 seconds ago and tend to confabulate in order to explain the massive gaps in their memory about who they are or why they are here. i think some of these rumours were down to a misunderstanding since we often call food calories by the short hand 'calories' when we mean kilocalories.at the extreme I think someone had erroneously worked out that thermogenically speaking, eating ice cream should make you lose weight
