They always look like they just came out of a dryer that contained a fleecy ball. I mean what the fuck ! it takes so much away from the scene when you are staring at the sparking clothing, in almost every scene in these books the little bastards are weeks on end in the Forrest covered in their own filth and dirt and such.

It kind of annoys me at this very moment. The actors are always so damn clean.

So for 50 seconds I watched a video of a brick in a dryer only to find out there was no brick in the dryer. How disappointing.

Looks like a washing machine to me, just a vertical one. Laundromats tend to use those as they take up less space. If you need proof, look at the one on the bottom left at around 2:58, in HD, fullscreen. You can see the holes in the side of the drum, which are used to drain the water. Dryers don't have those holes, just a vent in the front and back.

And I'll use paper towels any day before any electric dryer. They never satisfy me, even the airblade ones. That said, I usually justify my use (of my single towel, take that TED), by blowing my nose with it afterwards.

They're definitely not rare in California and Colorado; but they're almost always really crappy ones that just make a lot of noise and don't do a thing to dry your hands.
