Should also add, do not try this at home! LOX is nasty stuff to handle and there is a very fine line between burning a splint up fast and an explosion. LOX isn't only used in rocket fuel, it IS rocket fuel, so be extremely careful with it.

I think you're better off just wiping Windows out. If you dislike Linux, you can reinstall Windows. The fresh install might solve a number of your problems anyway.

I am going to STRONGLY recommend against this. The ONLY reason MS OSs are easier to set up is because they do it for you at the factory. DO NOT try and install Vista from disk, it is likely to be much more work then installing Ubuntu and getting all the drivers figured out.

I have fresh installed many versions of Win and many distros of Linux, and installing Win has NEVER been easier then installing Linux, unless the hardware was simply unusable under Linux.

I would recommend both the Ubuntu liveCD, and the application conversion that xxovercastxx suggested, and I would try them all out on Vista before switching over for good. The nice thing about FLOSS is that just about everything works on whatever OS you choose, so install the apps you are going to convert to on your current OS, make sure they work for you, and if the OS is still giving you trouble, at least you won't have to learn all new apps in a mad rush when you switch OSs.

Also check here to see if anybody else had problems installing linux on your model of laptop. Pay special attention to the wifi, and make sure it works from the liveCD.

I'm thinking even cheap crappy vpdka went through decent industrial filtering, so I have toruble believing it does all that much. Now of course, if it is all plastic taste that ruins cheap vodka, and somehow carbon filters suck up plastic odor/taste molecules, then this would work.

Also, do NOT try this with a used filter. I'm guessing from my little Alton Brown based knowledge you will be dissolving and freeing up some previously filter nastiness.

The reason he was so received was because he provided a level headed discourse with the atheists on the site. But what you're doing sounds more like censorship, or at the very least, trying to get people to change. You'll never get a good welcoming from people if your first impression is criticism. Instead, I would encourage you to help atheists understand Christianity better, just like Marr did, but above all, do not try to change them."

As for your JD comment, the link you posted shows what seems to be a minority on this site, that is open and civil discussion.

As for any hidden agenda, I have none. I admit, I do hope I can tell others about Christ while I am here, but I will not be sneaky about it. As for the video I posted on logic, it simply says logic shouldn't and really can't be used to disprove or prove God. You end up with two answers to the same question.

So what if my first post dealt with God? I myself found to video to be funny. I can add other videos if you think I have no other intrests, but I will not just act like I do not believe. I tend to enjoy video games, various forms of trip-hop, and like most toher people, stupidity amuses me. Trust me, I have more videos to offer.

As for Marr, it sounds like he had a good plan. I wish to do something similar. The Constitution and Bill Of Rights relates to the legal citizens of America. Illegal immigrants are not citizens. I'm amazed that some American citizens do not know the basics of who has what rights. This is not a 60's style civil rights movement---which was necessary and good---that was for citizens only. We are faced with an incidious invasion of illegal immigrants who for the most part do not respect our customs, language,values and government. It will be too late for us American Citizens when we wake up one morning and we see that the national language is Spanish and the largest voting block are Mexicans who received their "rights" in the most incidious manipulative ways possible. The illegal immigrants now have a sub-culture within our country and they do not try to even learn English--instead we are PUSHED into learning Spanish in our schools. What are all the Afro-Americans and other ethnic groups who are respectable citizens going to do when a Mexican style government runs this country into the ground. For fuks sake... I know it is called "dry ice" but it really is CO2... You don't breathe CO2 nor live off of CO2. Even if there is alcohol vapour, you will quickly die inhaling CO2 off a hookah.

I could maybe see liquid nitrogen, or one of those electronic ultrasonic jewelry cleaner, that could work. But come on. Inhaling 100% CO2 from a hose??!!
