The Weird World of Octopus Sex
Nat Geo puts out such trash these days. Even the Discovery Channel does better nature documentaries. Where'd they get that narrator; was if from Talk Soup on E! or from the Animal Planet ('I used my phone to videotape my dog acting neurotically') network?
David Attenborough might die early just so that he can roll over in his grave at this crap.
..and octopus don't have "tentacles". They have arms, eight arms.
birth in nature-a natural child birth
Someone needs to make a version of this with David Attenborough giving us the finer points of the illusive hippie birth.

DAVID ATTENBOROUGH KNEW
I saw some of this on the news the other night. I never knew they had to be taught to swim. Who knew?
Wilsons Bird of Paradise
Concerning the wikipedia segment that reads "
The first footage of the Wilson's Bird-of-paradise ever to be filmed was recorded in 1996 by David Attenborough for the BBC documentary Attenborough in Paradise true story. He did so by dropping leaves on the forest floor, which irritated the bird into clearing them away. "

Living Alone in the Wilderness for 40 Years
That old bald guy they interviewed is Nikolay Drozdov, a host of Soviet/Russian TV program "In the World of Animals" - think Russian version of David Attenborough or Marlin Perkins. Not sure how he got involved in this story...
Also *Russia

Shark vs. Octopus
This could really do with a David Attenborough voiceover, I should've muted the existing commentary when it started to annoy me but I figured it might get better...
Thankfully the vid makes up for the poor voiceover

Drunk Guy Doing Really Good Impressions
>> ^ghark:
Hrm didn't think the Attenborough was close at all actually, but the fact he could still do it while reciting a verse was top notch. I liked the Gollum the best, it gave me the chills.
Agreed, what he lacked in perfection, he made up for with improvisation. Even a BADLY done David Attenborough Hip-Hop recital is a bloody good idea.
