California's on fire (Don couldn't even pronounce 'Yosemite'), NATO is prepping for conflict, the US is trying to handicap Russia, SCOTUS is on a political rampage - culling freedoms and national protections, Congress is convincing America it WAS a coup attempt, a Taiwan invasion is palpable and we are coming out from under a pandemic, etc, etc, etc...so people are unhappy?
it's when things are bad we need our best. and your [RE:BK33] choice is no choice - much like SCOTUS. don't believe in cults. nor paralyzing a person's ability to divine reality. no cult of the golden daft. no endless tripe from the right.

More importantly, a towel has immense psychological value.
Remember, if you go to a hotel, always bring your own towel. You never know where a hotel towel has been.
So instead of a shower we can be dry cleaned? What will I do with all those towels I bought?
Daft Punk - Epilogue
moonsammyMy first exposure to Daft Punk was in 1997. Hanging out before concerts at First Avenue in Minneapolis, they'd always play weird videos and music pre-show. I was immediately intrigued by the video for Around the World, and was a fan of the group from that point on. I'm happy for them, they've had a wildly successful run, without falling prey to their own celebrity. Absolute legends.

Why?
ChaosEngineActually, this is not as daft as it looks.
If you water your lawn when it's hot, most of the water evaporates before the grass can absorb it. Depending on how long / heavy the rain is, watering it can still make sense.
Of course, that ignores how stupid the idea of lawns in hot countries are in the first place.

ChaosEngine3 and 4 were Citizen goddamn Kane compared to Prometheus.
3 wasn't great, 4 was daft but stylish, but neither made me root for the giant rolling spaceship to crush the protagonists and put us all out of our goddamn misery.
Really, you would rather shame them for Prometheus instead of Alien 3 or 4?!? Prometheus had it's problems, but 1/2 alien mama Ripley clone and a level 5 biohazard containment ship that returns home automatically if things go wrong, I mean, come on. Prioritize.

It's less "Daft Punk meets metal" and more Daft Punk vocals over a metal track.
If you removed the vocals, could you pick a Daft Punk melody?
