Zero Punctuation: Alice: Madness Returns
Bring back the original voice of Crow!
I mean Yahtzee!
Zero Punctuation: Alice: Madness Returns
That doesn't sound like Yahtzee at all.
Zero Punctuation: Alice: Madness Returns
For sure. You can hear his voice crack in the middle somewhere like he's got a bad cough.>> ^shuac:
Does Yahtzee have a headcold or sommat? He sounds different here.

Zero Punctuation: Duke Nukem Forever (for real this time)
I simply loved the *quality "you have pushed games off subway train platforms when they had less problems than this" line.
Quoted it at a meeting at work today. The jaw of someone else dropped upon realizing I was quoting Yahtzee in a very different context. Good times.

Zero Punctuation: Brink
I'm sure the actual prices are distributor enforced but the way they label it in USD is just shameless. A blatant attempt to mislead consumers into not realising that they are being IP screened and not actually paying US prices.>> ^Gallowflak:

To give some context to the cost of Brink in Aus (where Yahtzee buys his games), Brink on Steam is 89.99 AUD (making it ~95-97 USD) and can be found for 109.99 across some counters...
For a game that is essentially multiplayer only (Hell, Section 8:Prejudice had multi + single player campaign + class based for 15 AUD ffs...) this is a blatant fucking rip.
Given the poor reviews so far, I don't think I'll even bother once it hits the bargain basement bin...

Yep. But the price of the game has next to nothing to do with the developer. If I recall, digitally-distributed games in Australia are kept at high prices to cut the Australian retail market some slack. Next stop: subsidies.
As for Steam prices, though, screw it. If an American happens to buy it for me as a gift, who's to know?

I skeptically bought Brink day 1. I expected a lot better. A LOT better.
Yahtzee isn't exaggerating this one to make jokes. If you took my opinion after playing it for 10 hours or so and magically gave me Yahtzee's wit and accent, I'd have put out a nearly identical review.
Zero Punctuation: Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
even though its a re-imagining of the series, Lords of Shadow actually has patrick stewart as a main character voice.
yahtzee randomly mentions patrick stewart at ~1:!5

hey hey hey hang on there yahtzee you don't get the gas cloud relic until you kill galamoth in the inverted castle
Improv Everywhere Hijacks Tech Conference
I enjoy it when some work is put into it, I thought the lyrics in this one were pretty well put together. I think an example of a bad one was the ninja surprise - none of them actually seemed to put effort into actually learning "ninja". Might have been a different group though can't remember.
It's a little bit like Yahtzee's reviews, those are the type of thing that could get very annoying very quickly, however he's a good writer, they are usually always a bit quirky, original and contain sufficient humor, so for me at least they don't get boring or annoying in the way you get with these improv guys.
Zero Punctuation: Portal 2
PORTAL 2 is FUCKING AMAZING!!!! A definite evolution from Portal 1. Yahtzee does NOT HAVE A FUCKING CLUE. He is a jaded dickhead.
