Oh, that wasn't directed at you, saber. Apparently, when someone "promotes" or "qualities" a vid that hits #1 (or top-15), the promoter is supposed to get an "Assist" achievement badge thing. No one at Videosift ever bothered to describe the exact requirement for these achievements...which makes it fun to guess what they might be: is it #1 only? Top-15? How many are required for each achievement? It's a big mystery.

Now, if you wanted to upvote some vids in my personal queue (say, all the 9's) then I wouldn't stop you.
