😂The financial monitor for Trump’s finances found another $50 million tax fraud. Just one of dozens upon dozens of frauds, misstatements under oath, illegitimate business practices, and intentional non compliance with the law and direct orders from courts. He got an F- and the monitor said the frauds have continued through the day she submitted her report. This is the report Engoron will use to determine how much to find the Trump org for persistent fraud. Hold onto your hat! 😂

The report included one massive fraud scheme from when he defaulted on loans for the Chicago tower to the tune of $50 million (most of his lenders don’t get paid back, despite his claims they do). The lenders were then blackmailed into “forgiving” those loans on the Chicago tower after he defaulted and he sued them! He then created a shell company to hold the $50 million he had just been “given” (that’s a way to avoid taxes on loan forgiveness, otherwise it’s income). The problem is that shell company then secretly “loaned” that $50 million to Trump and listed him as a bad risk but took no collateral, it was not repayed, seemingly “forgiven”.
Unfortunately for Trump, the Trump Organization (that controlled ALL of Trump’s businesses including the shell companies) has said there is no record of any $48-$50 million loan to Trump, it never happened…but he did personally take the money, it’s just not a loan.
That’s more tax fraud, more bank fraud, and likely wire fraud too. Probably a half dozen felonies for Trump personally in just that scheme. More cases for Trump just keep coming…while more lawyers keep going. Is it just the two idiot bimbos now? Seems like it.

So let’s recap…Hunter Biden didn’t pay his taxes for a few years and owed $1.5 million which he paid but is still being prosecuted.
In this one tax fraud scheme, Trump evaded paying taxes on $50 million, a minimum of another $15 million in taxes he evaded through fraud for at least a decade. He should get at least 10 times the sentence Hunter gets.

Recall, if he’s telling the truth about the value of Mar A Lago, he has evaded over $700 million in taxes to Florida alone on one single property. Trump is the biggest tax fraud in American history…and he’s caught….again.

Today’s bonus- The recent IG reports prove the Trump White House was a total pill mill, handing out hard core drugs without prescription, evaluation, or often even a patient’s name, handing out ungodly amounts of four opioid pain medications: fentanyl, hydrocodone, morphine and oxycodone, and dozens of other scheduled prescription medications like Provigil handed out by the bottle as “parting gifts” for visitors to the whitehouse…a total free for all at the pharmacy run by Trump’s “best people”. Over 2/3 of the patients weren’t even eligible for treatment by the office, but were handed bags full of schedule 1 narcotics for the asking.

Car Hauler Vs Amtrak train

surfingyt says...

top comment:

"To those who wonder why all crossings aren't rebuilt so that auto haul trucks specifically can clear them... first, this would cost an ungodly amount of money - for one specific type of truck. Professional drivers wouldn't let themselves get caught in this situation. Carhaulers ride very low and their drivers know this. They know this as a fact. I'm a 30-year veteran truck driver, and that includes auto haul, and there is no way a professional auto hauler would have even attempted to get over that sharp crest.

Trailers only bottom out if the drivers puts it there. Trailers only hit low bridges if the driver puts it there. In short, trucks only go wherever the driver puts them - and a low-slung trailer is a hazard the driver is responsible for knowing how to negotiate. Period.

Absolutely no sympathy for this idiot who could very well have killed any number of people. My thoughts are with the locomotive crew, seeing that truck looming ahead and knowing this could very well be the end of their lives and there's nothing they can do about it."

Kamala And The Mushroom Tip

Don't know whether to compliment or be repulsed by that statement.

If anyone can put their "special purpose" INTO a urinal then either they are unGODly endowed or have a kink rarely (un)covered in adult films.

Perhaps, OVER a urinal would be a better description, but perhaps being accurate isn't a requirement for the poster...or the joke.

EX : two men are taking a leak off a river bridge...

"Water sure is cold today," says one.
"Deep too." replied the other.

Most folks would say they urinated OFF the bridge. IF the term was INTO the river, the urine stream is the part being place INTO the river. (i.e. sort like a stream feeding into a larger stream - - the confluence where Big Bob's Brook meets the Yellow River)

As opposed to "I drop my 'special purpose' into the water for a leak." His 'special purpose' was being INserted into the river.

SO Bob's statement should have read...

"She had more penises in her than the number of times I've put mine into a birdbath."

https://youtu.be/yJJA6WRpvlg?t=76 *

* Context for the term 'special purpose'...although the 2nd half of the clip's letter scene is largely out of context. Hmm...a link to the movie THE JERK in a response to a bk33 comment? How 'bout that?

2 Peter 3:1-7 Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), 2 that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

Favorite memory?

When you see your Sorcerer running away from an ungodly blob of monsters, screaming "I'm out of potions!" -- and to have him return from the surface with an inventory full of mana potions, only to burn through them in like 30 seconds flat by spamming (chain) lightning at anything that moves.

Good times.

Does everyone think this person just didn't give a fuck and intentionally held up the firetruck out of malice? Personally i can only imagine it was done due to not knowing better or deer in headlights. I assume they thought the best appropriate action was to not move.

...or maybe they were rocking out at some ungodly level. Although that truck is pretty frickin loud.

Also out of curiosity does anyone know if there is a law that states you can break traffic laws to get out of the way of emergency vehicles or do we just do it cos its the right thing to do.

Well, technically, that's not the fruit and veggies' fault. That's sort of our fault for contaminating the world with all sorts of ungodly shit.

Poor broccoli. It always gets framed.

There have been studies that show that eating unwashed fruit and vegetables can be bad for you, even deadly, thanks to pesticides and contaminants.
There are also studies showing that growing them (in the way we do with artificial fertilizers, pesticides, deforestation, and diverted water) is bad for the environment, so indirectly bad for you. That said, meat production is much worse for the environment.
Not disagreeing with you, just sayin'...nothing's perfect. ;-)

Atheist professor converts to Christianity

ChaosEngine says...

Let's assume your god exists for the purposes of this argument.

If so, I am 99% certain that It (surely something as outside the human experience as God doesn't have a gender?) definitely "did evolution".

Why?

Evidence. An absolutely ungodly (pun intended) amount of it. There's no need to rehash it here, it's been documented and debated here, there and pretty much everywhere on the web. And it's done. Settled question. Evolution, like gravity, is real. There is no argument. At least, none that you, me or any creationist is qualified to make.

And here's the next part... you personally, are absolutely entitled to your opinion that evolution is wrong. And that makes absolutely no difference whatsoever to the reality of the universe.

As for the guy in the video... I have no idea how he became a professor, because he fails to answer the most basic question a student has for him (hint: mutations don't produce "beneficial" changes, they just produce changes. it's the environment that selects the beneficial changes)

The question is did He evolution? I don't think He did, you are free to disagree with that.

That is interesting, hadn't seen it. Not sure of a good solution though? We build huge ungodly expensive series of above ground towers, underground fibers to people literally 600 miles out to get to em. Maybe govt should subsidize their NetFlix. They could also move to Anchorage, or they could practice the remote lifestyle more completely.

Duck Dynasty Is Fake!

bcglorf says...

Two things in all this stand out as really worrisome to me. First off, the hateful quote was almost a paraphrasing of the bible. And not the old testament parts that Christianity will dismiss as being supplanted/fulfilled by the coming of Christ, but the new testament. First Timothy 9 and 10 are:

We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine...

It's not hating on gays or comparing them to murderers, it is just listing off a laundry list of behaviors deemed sinful and thus contrary to God's will. Even getting drunk and swearing count, so it's no more hateful against gays than it's hateful against any other non believers choices and lifestyles.

I am worried by our society as a majority looking upon that and either classing it as hatred, or worse still, using it to justify their hatred.

My next beef is the entire liberal side of the country that state like the guy in the video, freedom of speech doesn't mean A&E isn't also free to fire the guy for what he says. I don't disagree with that though. My problem is that if that same hillbilly came out and spoke about his abiding support for same-sex marriage and then A&E exercised their 'freedom' to fire him for his speech, those same Liberals would be up in arms at the injustice. That rankles me something fierce.

How our society fails its men and boys -- the trailer

shatterdrose says...

To say we haven't hyper masculinized our culture is just plain ignorant. If you look throughout history, you can see the gradual progression towards an ungodly amount of "manliness". Same goes for women too. A lot simply comes down to advertising and commercialization, the segmentation of the have's and have not's and so forth.

You want to have respect? Be a man! Want money? Be a man! But what IS being a man? Is it punching some dude in the face for "disrespecting" you? Or if it laughing it off knowing the other guy is just a loser?

In reality, it comes down to money. To people who are poor, violence is usually the solution. There is no question about that; statistically speaking poorer men are more likely to lash out violently than those with more. Mostly because the poor man only has his respect. The rich man, well, he could get sued, lose his job, get hurt, lose his house and fancy car etc.

Knowing this, how do you advertise to the male with little? You tell him if he wants to be anything, he needs to be a man! Like James Bond or something. 6-pack abs (despite a long history of that not being the ideal form, i.e. early black and white movies or dress makers changing the sizes of their clothes from a size 12 being "average" to a size 6.)

I know we love to say men are being feminized and turning into "wussies." Fox news loves talking about how the NFL is worried about brain injuries (despite all the evidence showing clearly there is a ton of it) and Christian groups claiming bullying is GOOD for society because it weeds out the gays. For a "man" to, I have no idea actually, whatever it is the Fox News thinks men should be . . . Are "men" supposed to always be violent? They should always resort to shooting each other over trivial things?

What exactly is "being a man" all about anyway? Not being gay? Not being like a woman? And why is being a woman, or gay, so terrible? Why is it that high heels and make up were originally a "man" thing? Or frilly clothes . . . Why is it that 100 years ago, little boys and girls wore the same clothes, which were usually dresses? Hell, Ernest Hemmingway (a man's man) wore a dress as a child. There are plenty of pictures of him in it, and it's even on display at his house in Key West. So is he less of a man now?

And if wearing a skirt is so not manly, why are Scot's so manly then? Or is it manly to say fuck society, I'll do what I want? Is it manly to go against the flow? Stand up for what you believe? For instance, the story of the father who wore dresses because his son wanted to wear a dress, and the father didn't want his son to feel ashamed for being who he is? I'm pretty sure that father, as some say, has some pretty big brass balls. Would you do that for your kid? Or would you bow to societal pressure instead?

A worthy topic of discussion . . . I mean, right after ending the pointless wars and stopping the NSA from finding out whether or not you wear your wife's panties . . .

Bigger Pizzas: A Capitalist Case for Health Care Reform

chingalera says...

Which leads me to the drum I've always beat on the issue of heath and happiness in the land of Planet Chaos: The success of the health care anomaly in the U.S. is predicated on a chaotic decline in the overall health of the general population, that's how that machine makes ungodly amounts of money, as a partner-in-crime with insurance (mafiosi-style protection) companies and medical professionals (dealers/cleaners/fixers/hit-men) who, partnered with successful criminals like advertising execs and processed-foods concerns, insure for future generations a steady dose of being continually ill and feeling like they are about to die. Combine these psychotics with keeping peeps too distracted with $(illusion)$ and work to think clearly and the bulk of a country's population addicted to misdirection, newsspeak, and intentional reinforcement of intent and "responsibility" to the programming-arm (television, internet, regulated and controlled media ) of the above-described machine, and you have a bunch of robots thinking that they are about to die who are easily herded into the cattle truck of indentured-for-life, wage-slavery.

The best health care system is one where the majority of the population of a country is relatively healthy up and until the moment of cascading failures associated with time.

The system we have now or any fix, will only work to the benefit of all with a nation of fit people, not fat, lazy, ignorant globs of flesh who are incapacitated through the negative reinforcement described above, and the perpetrators of the same, eliminated....Or, put these criminals in a box or prison or otherwise not allowed to work their evil.

In other words, the United States health care system has been designed to implode upon itself with the criminals who built it, fleeing to their fortified compounds to be protected by dutiful armies and local constabularies, otherwise known as PAID BODY GAURDS.
