How to Land a 737 (Nervous Passenger)
I've always wondered if the passengers on United 93 had managed to retake the cockpit if they could have then flown the airplane and then landed it. From this video, it sounds like that could have.

Wow, this is awesome. I thought it was going to be someones joke, but what a great idea (even if in a real-world scenario, passengers being admitted to cockpits would never happen).
Ehang184-chinese unveil new passenger drone prototype
"Absolute safety by design"
- open props and the passenger has to pass between them to get into the cockpit. all it takes is a false ignition or some other mistake after it lands , and the person is cut in half.
- drone design. just one of the 4 engines fails, and that shit drops to the ground like a brick, because it has no gliding properties and it can't autorotate like a helicopter or gyro, and at the height it will operate, I doubt a parachute would be of any use.
yeaaaahh... Not really anxious to try one out

EXTROPY - Speedhack
Reminds me a lot of the anime Rideback. The main animation is pretty good, horrible pyrotechnics though. I didn't like the fact that the bike is really just an armor with a chest mounted helmet, and yet so much video footage is inside a faked scene, a rather spacious cockpit where %50 of the arms are visible when you can clearly see outside the upper arms are exposed and not part of the cockpit. It made me think I was watching two different movies.
F-16s, F-18s, and Mirages flying around to music
F16? F18? Mirages? but when it shows a guy flipping switches in what I have to guess is the cockpit of an Airplane. (.30)The Labels are in russian.... o.0
TIE Fighter - Epic Anime short - Go Empire!!
Aaaaah the good old Tie Fighter. The extra roomy cockpit is so you have enough room to kiss your ass goodby....

Starboard tack does NOT have right of way over a ferry...
Wait, it's a spinnaker pole (? and yah, why is that rigged) AND some sort of other pole extending out over the cockpit.
I think.
Looks like a Sydney ferry, so *downunder.
That boat was not under control at all. The jib is starting to rip and god only knows why they had the spinnaker pole attached.

I just took a closer look too; is that a spinnaker pole OR---was that part of some sort of awning support that went fore and aft? And why would you have that rigged?
Looks like they'd lost the job sheet and it was flogging; there's, what, three people in the cockpit? They don't seem to be doing anything at all while staring at their own near death.

Virgin Atlantic pilot shows off for the "ladies"
"Hey Bob, look at the sides of my side-stick controls! I got L and R shoulder buttons installed on sides the stick! Here, now watch what happens if I hit the R button twice..."
Shortly after, Co-Pilot Bob crapped his pants. But, far worse, outside the cockpit...beyond the locked door...it was a scene out of The Exorcist...
And this is why airline pilots are banned from playing Star Fox while on the job.
The Cornfield Bomber - Yesterday's Air Force
BTW, somebody mentioned to me that the plane more than likely was helped out by the counter-action of the *kick* it would have received when the pilot ejected from the cockpit. I fully agree with this and it was something I initially missed for a bit.
So, instead--using what I said; do the same thing, but add a countermeasure device on the topside that "fires" off --exactly like a pilot ejecting--though it may need a tad more force, since the pilot is still in the plane--and perhaps everything will work out.
We can all have our pipe-dreams...
