MINKit all comes back to the simple fact that you do not have a god given right to watch whatever someone digitises.
forget "privacy rights".... that's not the point here. The point is YouTube is a broken business model.
The EFF is barking up the wrong tree as usual. They should be pushing for copyright reform, not the "freedom to ignore copyright without detection".
let's face it if there was no illegal shit on youtube they would not be doing this. It's our fault, for watching free southpark. We get what we deserve.
