So what i gather is Daves old contract stipulated that his new contract would pay him 50% of what he had made Viacom. They then said it was to much money and that in itself invalidated the promise/clause made in the old contract. They then offered him 50 million for the new contract instead of the 250 he was promised from the old one. After he turned down their money they started a character assassination of him in the media for fear he was going public with how they were screwing him. Also i assume they were pissed he wasn't going to be making them a shit ton more money and they were going to punish him for it.

Starting out with "Dave Chappelle was decapitated" was a confusing point to begin with, then going into "a muslim being called a crackhead" I was all 'what's this guy going on about?'

It took me a minute to figure out that he meant Chappelle had been figuratively "killed" by hollywood.

He goes on a bit of a loop, but it all makes sense in the end.

I only became aware of Comedy Central fucking over Dave Chappelle from the Kat Williams video you posted, and the discussion it sparked on reddit.

I barely understood what his point is or why Dave Chapelle was "decapitated". He supposedly made 500 Million for Comedy Central and they offered him only 10% instead of 50% and then they made a character attack on him . While Chapelle went to Africa and became a "devout Muslim" and now is back they spread a rumor about cocaine abuse. Haven't heard or read anything about that but ok. Pretty wild story.

So basically, they stole $200 million dollars from him, to his face, and he was like "fuck that", so they kicked him out of show business. I'm assuming they also made some intense threats too, or else it seems like he would have fought it more.
