Just, for those who don't know, the swearing part of this man's Tourette's is actually very rare. Usually Tourette's presents as just ticks or noise, the swearing, while what most people think of as 'Tourette's' is only in rare cases.

It must be an amazingly annoying disorder to have, not being able to properly control yourself.

Watching this guy reminds me of how I feel when I am driving in my car and I'm trying to stay awake. I'll roll down the windows and blast the music and scream out random words and make random noises while tapping on the wheel and shaking my head so I can keep awake.

I doubt there is any similarity in the experience, but I'm guessing the technique of self control is somehow related.

It is interesting that he can control is swearing and ticks while he is singing.
