That was the coolest dust devil ever!

Not really a tornado, per se. deathcow called it- it's a dust devil- a small, localized event caused by convection currents- not the storms and supercells that spawn tornadoes. It's not gonna' suck you up, Dorothy, but you probably should duck to avoid debris.

Saw my first of these this year in our parking lot. Picked up every leaf from the lot and threw them all a hundred meters into the air for about 10 seconds then they all just rained down everywhere. Wild. Still, this video is amazing.
