LawdeedawNo, he is excited. He is often excited when he speaks. Both annoying and endearing. Plus, IMO it's the content of the overall video that makes it taggable. For example, if this was some news reporter announcing Donald Trump happily winning the election, would you label it happy?
Because the person talking is, like...reaaaally happy.
MordhausIf the reporter freaked out near the end of the report and started shouting "trump won, I can finally be happy, YES!!!", then yeah, I probably would label it happy.
I know John talks frenetically in all his videos, but this was a rare video where I saw him just completely freak out with happiness at least a couple of times. If I see a video where someone is really happy, then I'll slap the tag on it. If the channel owner or sifter disagrees, they can always remove it.
