Sadly, I think you have to be one of the Doctors...or at a Doctor Who convention in order to make that joke.

To me, that is what makes this soooo very much funnier. I CAN'T REPEAT IT.

What's even better is that the person he's asking that to is Bernard Cribbins, who played Wilfred, Donna's grandfather, in several of the episodes. He was absolutely brilliant and empathetic in his role, by the way.
