Cops upto their old tricks. Arresting people as a punishment and then letting them go without charges. I really dislike most city police, They really aren't "The Boys in Blue" anymore. They have become "The Assholes in Black", and they seem OK with that.

OOps, Thanks for the heads up. I fixed the title, It now reads "cop arrests teen", I kinda wanted to do something like "Fatass arrests teen" or to gain some sure votes "Hot chick has boobs".

There needs to be some training in that police department.

I agree, usually I'm all over these police videos but in this case the cops are just stupid. We gotta reroute our priorities so that the Police, Firefighters, and Teachers are paid really well and are educated and trained really well. I'm sick of my society being taken over by idiots.
