If it is faked then how do you suggest he faked having scissors lodged in his arm?

Latex. Its commonly used in the special effects buisenss. They probably got two pairs of scissors, cut a bit off one, aplied it to some latex, and stuck it on his arm.

I think these guys are IDENTICAL TWINS! Think about it. One of them does the first part of the video, without the special effects scissors stuck to him. Then, he runs off camera and out the door, to be replaced by his brother (with the scissors on his arm) for the camera to pan back around and continue the scene.

I'm a genius! : )
