Hmm. Weird. Interestingly enough it appears this isn't North Korean but South Korean. The Olympic thing is apparently from the 2002 Winter Olympics. American speed skater Apolo Ohno took home the gold even though South Korean Kim Dong-Sung passed the finish line first. Kim Dong-Sung, however, was disqualified for blocking Ohno.
