Police Try To Breath Test Pedestrian

Australian police stop and try to breath test two people walking in a parking lot, totally unaware which one was driving and having no reason to test either of them.

Could have charged them for refusing, probably not worth the hassle if they didn't look drunk.

Pedestrians and cyclists can't generally be breath tested, unless the officer has a reasonable suspicion they've been operating a vehicle within the past three hours.

Someone needs to let this guy know that if you overly stress a point when you're in the right, you end up looking like a bit of an idiot yourself. Make your point, make it clearly and finish speaking.

exactly @dannym3141 - he was probably right in that they just wanted to gawk at the hottie, but he ended up looking like a bit of a tool.

Moving this video to newtboy's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.
