Police Accused of Arrest Quota for Predominantly Black Event

Miami Police are being accused of setting a 2,000 person arrest quota in Miami Beach for the Memorial Day weekend, which just happens to be during "Urban Beach", an event attended primarily by blacks.

Well if you have a quota to fill where else to get easy mode arrests...

I hate the quota system though my tiny town in Georgia has a quota system, people have tried countless times by protests and one group buying up all the space on the local newspaper to protest it but still no change.

Hey what ever happened to that guy who was secretly recording the police in the NYPD? It was a huge story but I haven't heard anything about it in awhile.
