Clearly terrorism.

I gotta say, I think the engineer was asleep or something. That's not a 1,000,000 ton freight train there. Didn't even try to slow down. Had a good 100ft of "oh hey, there's a car there" distance.

Weird place to "park", might have been a breakdown? That would be sad.
