By "the way it would probably be made nowadays" I guess they mean by including spoilers to every main point in the movie?

I really thought this would be some lame attempt at humour... but that was Fucking Awesome.

Makes me want to watch empire again.

It really focuses on what the movie was all about. the Empire's search to control Luke and Luke's Battle to grow beyond and fend off the Empire.
It gives you the focus that it really was about Luke's plight and not all the other sub characters.
