I am on the verge of screaming fake.

I can totally understand that - and I almost didn't post it for that reason - but there is a pretty big discussion about it over at Reddit and the consensus is that it is real and that it is related to the Vasovagal response.

we learned some of these techniques in SERE school. Theres quite a few places you can stun someone, and sometimes ko em, with enough force on key nerve lines or muscles. another example is coming down with both fists in a hammering motion on a persons trapezius muscles (best done from behind)
