Step 1) Get some 3 1/2 inch machine screws, I used #10-32 with Phillips heads and extra washers and nuts.
Step 2) Cut out area for wheel clearance on an old skateboard deck.
Step 3) Mount Skate Trucks on top of the deck instead of below, Like an "Axle Flip" on a pick-up truck with leaf springs to slam it.
