Considering Sotomayor made the comment that Latina women would make better decisions than white men, I think this is pretty self explanatory as Rush Limbaugh making a joke.

But you know, if you take the clip and cut it up to as small as possible and refuse to view any of the context, you would probably come to the idiotic conclusion that he is just that stupid.
