A joke? It's a metal pipe filled with explosives and metal fragments with no aiming at all. Anyone living in the area is playing russian roulette on a daily basis.

I get it that going pro-Palestinian is very easy, especially when this is the top of their technology when it comes to warfare, but fuck. It's a missile fired against a civilian population. There's no way to aim it, so they target cities, figuring it's bound to land around people (though most of the time it doesn't). It's packed with metal fragments to make sure that if it lands around people it'll cause injuries.

So yeah. If it lands on asphalt, all it's going to do is leave a black circle. That makes it totally harmless, right? .....

I think they were trying to time it with the departure of the gas truck and missed it by a bit timewise. The distance was right.

They weren't aiming for the truck, or even at the gas station, because they can't aim it. All they can do is fire it in the general direction of where they want to hit.
