First Person Point of View on X at Magic Mountain

"This video turned out better than I thought it would because it was very difficult to hold the camera. Of all the coasters I've ever been on, this one ranks in my top 3. X is located at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California. X lets you race in prototype vehicles with seats that spin 360-degrees forwards or backwards as the vehicle travels along the track. It’s very hard to describe how this ride feels when you’re actually on it. It is truly an intense, one of a kind coaster that gives you a one of a kind experience. Hats off to the engineers that designed this ride."

Im ready to go. Anyone from the bay area going let me know. I went back to back weekends last year(day trips, 5 hours up, 5 hours back)and, X wasnt running. Anytime anyones going, pick me up in San Jose and were out.

I would have to agree that this rollercoaster is awesome! It is scary, but in a good way. It has been updated with some silly metallica music and renamed X2, but it is still every bit as awesome as this.

On the other hand, their newest ride (Tatsu) was horrible. It actually made me vomit! I am quite sensitive to motion like you, ant, so I thought maybe I was unfairly judging Tatsu ... but the other people I was with agreed that it was nausea- inducing and very unfun. You don't have to take my word for it, but you may wish you did when the chunks start to fly.
