Eyeball Floaters Explained

About 15 yrs ago, I had an explosive bright light go off inches from my eyes. It hurt... intensely... about 2 days later the floaters arrived. I guess my eyes were injured pretty well. A LOT of floaters. I've lived with them since. Looking at a blue sky can look like looking through egg whites.

You might have partial retinal detachment. If that reaches the macula, you're in trouble. I'd go see a doctor about it.

I saw a couple. It's just goo.

I've dealt with theses things for years. The fact that I have pseudophakic IOLs in both eyes probably has something to do with it.

As long as they don't get worse I can live with it.

I got a few from fireworks debaucheries throughout the years....

I heard about someone who actually got a parasitic worm in there. Kept seeing it squirm around...
