CH-46 (Chinook) helicopter crashes into ocean

A CH-47 attempts to land on an aircraft carrier. He comes in too low and fast, hits edge of the deck. He throttles up but his back wheel gets caught in the netting flipping him into the sea.

Is that a joke? You might need to consult the dictionary on this one, this is not snuff.
I actually think the use of this term on this site is ridiculous cause there has never been a documented snuff video. If the site administrators don't want violent videos or videos where people die on the site, that should be said.

From the FAQ;

"We do not want pornography or "snuff" films (in which the explicit depiction of loss of human life is displayed for entertainment).

Note: the presence of human fatality is acceptable and not considered "snuff" if presented as a limited portion of an educational, informative news report or documentary film."

Strictly speaking this video does not pass this test imo.

Aha "snuff" films, okay by that definition it doesn't pass. Maybe the FAQ change because I don't remember it being so explicit.

However I don't know if this clip shows "explicit depiction of loss of human life", cause we don't actually see bodies. Gray area...

Well, there's no bodies even visible, and if all the people lived, it wouldn't change anything. It's still a clean video. Also, snuff by the FAQ definition is showing loss of human life for entertainment - Personally, I don't see that this video is different than a regular news clip - it just lets people know that things like this happen.

this is a video i posted waaaaay back when the sift first opened up... caused this very same reaction from most members, and a small arguement between myself and snake... if i remember correctly, this is when snake left, actually.

i still stand behind this video not being a 'snuff' video... if you'd ever seen a snuff video, you would agree. the loss of life is tragic, but this kinda stuff happens daily. i guess, don't ever turn on your tv or go outside if it bothers you.
