This news story makes it seem like he accidentally slipped one out and was punished (which would be stupid), but from the description of the bus/van driver, it was more like he was doing it to get a laugh and think it's funny and to continually do it multiple times on various days.

So as stupid as it sounds, I stand behind the discipline he received by the school... of which he is obviously lacking at home.
