This guy is pathetic.

I remember hearing something about a disconnect between the brain and stomach. It's a condition where the brain doesn't get the 'hey, I'm full' message. Still, who are these people around him don't say, 'you know what...we're going to control your eating because you can't'?

About his family, it seemed like they were powerless. The big guy said "Easiest way in the world to alienate me is to tell me not to do something ...I'll rip you to shreds." Seems like his wife was to afraid to confront him.

I'm curious to how he got the money to keep eating if he was bedridden. Did he live of his wife's earnings? Their relationship seems so effed up.

Sad thing is, at the end, this guy is still eating KFC and smoking. He has a complete lack of common sense and unwillingness to face the truth. I don't feel sorry for him at all.
