As far as the Japanese is concerned, 'エッチ' is the Japanese representation for the letter 'H', which is the first letter of 'Hentai'. 'Hentai' means pervert but has come to mean 'sex' in modern Japanese. As for 'weeaboo', I have no idea...

There isn't much Japanese at all. Most of the writing is either backwards, upside down, or both. Some of the writing wasn't even Japanese at all. Most of the speech was gibberish... and the panda sounded like he was speaking Korean, but I don't speak Korean, so I'm not sure. It could have been gibberish too.

They should have shown the real commercials with American stars in them. Some are a lot more entertaining than this.

The song is by the French-Isreali singer Yael Naim. A lot of her songs are in either Hebrew/Arabic or French... Only a few of her songs are English, but she has a nice voice no matter what language she uses.

I'd say confidentiality wouldn't be that big of a deal. The manager didn't give the information, only confirmed it. If (S)he was giving out information of other employees, that would be a bit bothersome.
