I'm still in favor of number 3, a profile option (set to thumbnail mode by default I guess). Preferrably, if one has this option set to full mode, still leaving the ability to minimize them (often find myself wanting to stop a video from loading after I've seen a part of it)

Yeah, charging the "guy in question" as being responsible for the deaths of the reporters/pilots would be.. a whole new can of worms. Sure, he's responsible of [X number of crimes], but being responsible for the deaths of two news choppers colliding? Doesn't sound very likely.

The only thing I remember from this movie is a scene where they're up in the office tower and Jamie Foxx starts running away, and Cruise sort of.. climbs/runs/careens over a swivel chair, falling/rotating in the air in what looks like a really desperate attempt to pursue Foxx. Other than that, forgettable.

It's a parachute, not a clown car.
