Eh, it helps to view it on a real monitor, not a smart phone. It appears there are a lot of birds congregating up there, and a bunch died. Originally looked like one bird exploded with feathers everywhere, and the other flew away. Now it looks like each "feather" is actually a bird (minus the light fixture).

Good catch, because when I had first seen this video, I thought that dark thing falling was another bird, and I was wondering where it came from.
