This woman had really a bad day !
Yeah and those idiots who were first on the scene did a crumby job of protecting her.
Event coordinator fail. Course going both directions plus vehicles?
Another Teacher Resigns Her Position Via YouTube
Why doesn't your teacher union stand up for the teachers? Our neo-liberal government in New Zealand are trying to implement similar policies but our union is strong and they are speaking up for the teachers and the students.
The Crisis Of Civilization
Wow this is depressing. I worry about my children's futures. I feel trapped in my lifestyle. How can I stop using fossil fuels when they are so ingrained in my society and everything we do? Change needs to happen now and it needs to be global and substantial.
Perceptive Cop Saves Suicidal Man's Life

Neil deGrasse Tyson: We Live in a Cosmic Shooting Gallery
Not according to David Thompson, a NASA astrophysicist and deputy project director on the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope who compares the risk to Earth from a future gamma-ray burst to "the danger I might face if I found a polar bear in my closet in Bowie, Maryland. It could happen, but it is so unlikely that it is not worth worrying about."
There's a greater chance that one (or more) of the stars within about 6000 light years or so could give off a gamma ray burst that would wipe out any life in the solar system, no matter where we hid it. It's been postulated the previous-to-the-Yucatan-asteroid large scale die-offs could have happened due to GRB.
How Guys Will Use Google Glass
H+
You can expect very quickly a great deal of the near-future visions of Gibson, especially the ever-present and high-tech, private security industry becoming ginormous.
In about 10 years bio-computer implants I expect, will be the craze similar to piercings and tats
I pray for the electromagnetic destruction of all satellites in medium earth orbit or an ultra-massive coronal event focused directly at Earth by 2015.

Mt. Fuji Musical Road - Road Plays A Tune
Not much space between the line and shoulder. I wonder how many crashes have been soundtracked by this?
The Human Hoist - The Ultimate Powered Shop Chair
It looks too slow imo.
"Gone, Gone, Gone" - (Rhode Island Teacher Says "I Quit!")
This is happening in New Zealand. The govt call it National Standards... all schools results are now published in league tables and schools will soon be in competition with each other for students. The government is introducing performance pay for teachers based on test results so they will also be competing with one another. It's neoliberal bullshit and it's going to ruin education in this country.
