I listened for quite a while, but I was incapable of hearing most of it. What a horrible speech! Most of what I heard was volume spikes, especially if someone else was trying to say something. Beyond that, I think @Kofi has it about right.

I'm mildly disturbed that, after watching this, I am thinking, "My god! It's full of stars!"
